ANNUAL INTER MEDICAL SCHOOL PHYSIOLOGY QUIZ 2018

KUALA LAMPUR, MALAYSIA

 

The 16th annual Inter Medical School Physiology Quiz (IMSPQ) was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 15th and 16th of August 2018. 101 teams from 24 countries participated in this event. The faculties of medicine from Universities of Colombo, Sri Jayewardenepura, Ruhuna, Jaffna and Kelaniya were represented.

Niranjana Uma Rajakanthan from University of Sri Jayewardenepura received the prize for 5th highest mark scored in the written test and was the only Sri Lankan to emerge in the top 10 prize winners. The University of Sri Jayewardenepura team were placed 5th in the written test (highest rank out of all Sri Lankan teams).
