FACULTY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES - HOSTING PARTNER FOR ICDDD 2017
The Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura signed the MOU as the Hosting partner for The International Conference on Drug Discovery and Development (ICDDD 2017) with the International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM). The International Conference on Drug Discovery and Development will be held from 09th - 10th March, 2017 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The theme of the conference is "The Role of Natural Products in Modern Drug Discovery and Development". ICDDD 2017 will be chaired by Prof. David Thurston who is a Professor of Drug Discovery at King's College, London. ICDDD 2017 will be resourced by renowned keynotes speakers in the field. This International Conference will provide an open forum for academic researchers, clinicians and professionals in the field of Drug Discovery to enhance their knowledge on the role of natural products in modern drug discovery and development. ICDDD 2017 is believed to create an ideal opportunity for participants from various fields of specialization to hear from more than 100 speakers from nearly 15 different countries in the subject of Drug Discovery and Development imparting and gathering knowledge forming it a global knowledge sharing hub.
