In view of promoting postgraduate education among BSc. Nursing Graduates, a discussion was held on 20^th February 2018, with the participation of Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, Vice Chancellor, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Prof. Surangi Yasawardene, Dean, Faculty of Medical Sciences, Associate Prof. Carina Elgan (PhD), Course Director, Kristianstad University, Sweden, Dr. Bimalka Seneviratne, Head / Department of Allied Health Sciences and the Academic Staff members of the Nursing Program.

Associate Prof. Carina Elgan made a brief presentation on Masters' Program offered by the Kristianstad University, Sweden and discussed about strengthening the link between the USJP and Kristianstad University, Sweden.
